For paid services:

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anpu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anpu Labs harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Anpu Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
