Anpu Labs was founded in 2022 on a narrow premise: most organizations do not need more AI strategy, they need working systems and someone accountable for them six months from now. We keep the team small, work in fixed scopes, and write down everything we build.

We do not quote a build until we have watched the work. The two-week assessment is priced on its own and stands on its own.
